Do you have a physical store?
No, we don’t currently have a physical store. Kafos is a fully online brand, so all orders are made through our website or by contacting us directly via DM or email.

How do your sizes run?
Our sizes generally run big.

  • If you’re ordering from within Nigeria, our sizes are true to size based on Nigerian children's measurements.

  • If you're ordering from the Diaspora, we recommend sticking to the regular UK size chart for kids.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
We offer exchanges first for items purchased through our website. If the exchange option doesn't work for you, we can proceed with a refund. Please note that the item must be unworn, in original condition, and returned within the timeframe stated in our return policy.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do! If you’d like a custom outfit or want to tweak a design, simply send us a message through our Contact Us page or DM us on any of our social media platforms. We’d love to bring your ideas to life.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We ship both locally (within Nigeria) and internationally.
